Targeted intervention
A scoped, time-bound engagement around a named problem with a named timeline, typically four to six weeks long.
For example, “two staff engineers can’t work together and it’s blocking the platform roadmap,” or “backend and ML teams have drifted and need to be working together before Q3.”
The actual scope and duration of the work are shaped to the problem. We start with interviews and facilitated conversations, and get to working sessions with the leaders involved.
