A two-to-three week front door. We interview 8–15 people across the organization, observe a few meetings, and deliver our findings as a structured conversation with the sponsoring leader — not a written report. Most of the unsticking starts in the interviews themselves.
For when: a leader knows something is wrong but cannot yet name it, or wants an outside read before committing to a longer engagement. A portion of the fee credits against a follow-on retainer.
